David Corry
Mr. Corry has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development and construction, having managed over $1B in assets.
David began his career in real estate development with Matthews Homes, a top 50 Homebuilder. Mr. Corry was responsible for the company’s land acquisition across multiple Western States, securing over 12,000 lots for both single family and multifamily development.
In 2010 Mr. Corry became President at Powerhouse Realty where he managed and sold over $500M in REO Homes. David oversaw all capital improvements, budgets, pricing, and marketing.
Today Mr. Corry is partners in multiple real estate development companies. CD Communities, a single family developer, James Ash Ventures, a multifamily developer, and Maracor Development, an affordable housing developer.
David earned is Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California.
Matt Dobbins
Mr. Dobbins has been in the real estate industry for his entire 20 year professional career. Mr. Dobbins worked as a commercial real estate broker for Marcus & Milichap in Sacramento.
In 2003, Mr. Dobbins was hired by John Deterding Company, a privately held real estate development company and brokerage.
At John Deterding Company, Matt assisted the Owner/President with the day-to-day management of the company and multiple development projects.
In 2008 Mr. Dobbins formed Dobbins Properties LLC, of which he still serves as the managing member. Dobbins Properties LLC is a privately held real estate investment company based in Lodi, CA.
Simultaneously, Mr. Dobbins joined JBT Property Management Company in 2010 as an owner and its President. JBTPM provides property management services for various real estate assets majority-owned by the Dobbins family, including 550 multifamily units in the Central Valley of California, medical office space in Stockton, CA and over 100 acres of commercial/retail land in Windsor, Colorado.
Mr. Dobbins earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, Davis, California.
Trevor Smith
Mr. Smith began his 28-year real estate career specializing in the field of environmental analysis, planning, and regulatory permitting. Mr. Smith has an impressive breadth of experience and skill in effectively interacting at all stages of project development including environmental constraints analysis, technical studies, development of regulatory and local agency entitlement strategies, project specific environmental documents, regulatory agency approvals, and implementation of construction mitigation and monitoring. Mr. Smith has been responsible for the entitlement of industrial and residential projects including the entitlement of over 5,000 residential units in 20 projects located throughout the states of California and Nevada.
Mr. Smith began his career as a consultant when he joined RBF Consulting and eventually became a Senior Director of the firm. Mr. Smith specialized in the field of environmental services including analysis, planning, and permitting. Mr. Smith utilized his extensive experience with all aspects of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, California Department of Fish and Game, and Regional Water Quality Control Board to provide proven leadership and service to private and public sector clients.
Mr. Smith took his 13 years of consulting experience and joined Matthews Homes (formerly California Homes) as Vice President of Entitlements. Mr. Smith was responsible for land acquisition and forward planning of the firms residential assets, which included the development of 20 projects located throughout California and Nevada. Major entitlement projects included a 2,000 unit residential Master Plan project in Salinas, California; a 2,500 unit residential and 400 acre industrial park in Churchill County, Nevada, a 1,765 unit residential Specific Plan in Stockton, California, a 4,100 unit residential Specific Plan in Calexico, California, and a 5,500 unit residential Specific Plan in El Centro, California.
Mr. Smith continued his growth in the real estate by joining Mill Creek Land Company as President with the responsibility of expanding the firms’ residential portfolio. During the “Great Recession” Mr. Smith continued in the real estate industry as a consultant with Kleinfelder, Inc. He participated in large-scale solar projects and continued to manage large-scale master plan entitlements in the City of Lathrop, Stockton and Salinas, California.
As Richland Communities Central Valley Manager, Mr. Smith was responsible for management and entitlements of several industrial assets in the Cities of Lathrop and Manteca, California. Projects include a 317-acre industrial project known as the South Lathrop Specific Plan; undeveloped assets in the Crossroads Commerce Center; and expansion of wastewater facilities in both Crossroads Commerce Center and north Lathrop. Mr. Smith was also responsible for processing the entitlements for an 800-unit active adult project in the City of Manteca. Other responsibilities of Mr. Smith include identifying land acquisition opportunities in growing areas of the Central Valley of California.
Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Revo Somersille
Revo Somersille, born in Brooklyn, New York, licensed as a CPA in California in 1998. Education: Montana State University (B.S. 1994).
Revo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Revo spent 3 years at Kafoury, Armstrong & Co., (1995-1998) a regional CPA firm in Elko, Nevada. Provided both tax and audit services. Industries served included government agencies, casinos, hospitals, and farming.
Revo then spent twenty-four years at Iacopi, Lenz & Company (1998-2022) in Stockton, CA. Provided tax, attest, and consulting services to a wide range of clients and industries.
